your program will be designed for what you want to do with your life, not someone else’s idea of what you should do with it.

The program is broken up into two parts, the first is to give you a baseline of mobility and energy. The second is designed to help you become better at specific movements for more exciting things you would like to do.

So for example say that you work in a cubicle most of the week, we would target areas of general fitness that get neglected with that sedentary lifestyle. You also might enjoy hiking on the weekends so we develop a program that helps you get the most out of your hikes.

Or Maybe you are a nurse that lifts patients everyday that would like to get into intramural basketball. The Get There way is to create a program designed to energize and bulletproof your body for all the lifting you do daily, then get into more specific movements to help you be the best baller you can be!
